Cancellation/Refund/Substitution Policies

  • For registration changes, substitutions, and cancellations, please email registration@sampe.org. See below for deadline dates.   

  • May 9, 2025 - All cancellations made by this date will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after this date will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 processing fee.

  • May 16, 2025 - No refunds will be given after this date.

  • SAMPE does not accept responsibility for conference no-shows. Regardless of the registration type, these individuals will be charged for the total registration cost. 

  • Registration, attendance, or participation in SAMPE constitutes an agreement by the registrant for SAMPE's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in marketing such events and activities.  

  • All participants at SAMPE must adhere to the SAMPE anti-trust guidelines.  

  • All participants agree to wear their badge at all times during the event and may not share their badge with other attendees. 

  • No children under the age of 18 are permitted on the Show Floor without adult supervision.  Children are not permitted in conference program.    

  • Registering for this event indicates an acceptance of these terms.
